A 50% retainer NON-REFUNDABLE REQUIRED at the time of booking and remaining balance due day before room decor set-up. Book your room decor 2 weeks in advance, if you are booking less than 4 days in advance, Full Payment will be required-No full payment, No service. Set-up time for this service is about 2 hours, you must check-in before we arrive, we do not book hotel rooms for clients. All rentals are property of LloonsbyJaz and will be picked up next day. All hotels & airbnb’s downtown & valet only, will be charged an additional $25 parking fee. Room Decor packages does not include NC sale tax or Delivery fee; $45 within 20 miles & $1.10 per mile after. All fees will be added to invoice.
