FAQ

  • First things first, book early to secure your spot! Our scheduling is done on a first-come, first-served basis. However we try to make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests. Your booking is confirmed upon deposit receipt.

  • Invoices are handled through the Square payment system, allowing customers to select their preferred payment method via credit or debit.

  • Retainer is 50% of all invoices, in some cases if more expensive and customizable items are needed, 80% retainer & are due at the time of booking to ensure the reservation of your event date and the procurement of essential materials for your design, without a retainer, we cannot guarantee the availability of your desired date.

  • All payments must be settled in full the day before your event.

  • Inspiration photos are very much so welcomed, but LloonsbyJazllc does not replicated someone else’s work and it goes against our professional ethics and creative integrity. We strive to create unique and personalized experience for our clients. However, we can create a design that aligns with your vision and reflect your inspiration photos.

  • We understand the desire to keep cost down, but we use high-quality balloons from trusted suppliers. We've worked with these balloon brands before and we know what to expect. As a result, it eliminates surprises such as holes in the balloons, balloon color is off, unsettling odor from balloons or even balloons not staying inflated durning prep-time and installation.

  • No, but you can request a strike/takedown when booking your event. Please inform us if you would like this service. This service is 10% of final bill.

  • Absolutely, we are capable of arranging outdoor events. We ensure the utilization of top-notch balloons that are entirely 100% biodegradable. While we strive to guarantee the triumph of outdoor setups, it is important to note that weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances remain beyond our control.
